Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who else is involved, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data. Last updated June 18, 2026.

MeMurton Labs LLC ("MeMurton Labs," "we," "us") runs this website as a health-education and price-comparison resource. This policy explains what personal information the site handles and how. We have built the site to collect the minimum we need to run it, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

This page describes our practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it does not create any contract. If a specific law gives you rights beyond what is described here, those rights still apply.

What We Collect

Information you give us

Email address, when you subscribe. If you join our email list or download a copy of the Compass, we collect the email address you enter, along with the topics you say you are interested in, so we can send what you asked for. Subscribing is entirely voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics. We use a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read most. It does not track or identify individual visitors, and it reports only aggregate figures, not personal profiles.

Standard server logs. Like most websites, our host processes routine technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use this to build profiles of you.

Information that stays on your device

The Compass tool saves the lab values you enter in your own browser, using local storage on your device. Those numbers are never sent to us or to anyone else. They stay on your device until you clear them, which also means clearing your browser or switching devices will erase them. If you download a copy of your results, the file is generated in your browser from the numbers you entered.

How We Use It

We use the limited information above to:

  • Send you the newsletter, guides, or downloads you requested, and let you manage or stop those emails.
  • Respond to messages you send through the contact form.
  • Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Keep the site secure and working, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with advertisers. Affiliate commissions never depend on your personal data; they are credited by the lab or retailer when you order through one of our links, as described below.

Cookies and Affiliate Links

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies of our own, and our analytics are cookieless.

Affiliate links. Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one and visit a partner such as a lab service, supplement brand, or a retailer like Amazon, that partner may place cookies on your device to recognize that you arrived from us and to credit any resulting purchase. Those cookies are set and controlled by the partner under their own privacy policies, not by us. Using affiliate links is optional: you are free to visit any recommended product or lab directly instead. We earn a commission only if you choose to buy through our link, and that never influences our recommendations. See our full affiliate disclosure.

Service Providers and Third Parties

We rely on a few trusted services to run the site. Each handles only the data needed for its job, under its own privacy policy:

  • An email delivery service processes the email address and interests of subscribers so we can send the emails you signed up for.
  • A form-handling service delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • A hosting and security provider serves the site, protects it, processes routine technical data, and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
  • Affiliate partners (lab services, supplement and product brands, and retailers such as Amazon) may set their own cookies when you follow an affiliate link, as described above.

We share personal information with these providers only as needed to operate the site, and we do not sell it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the site.

Your Choices and Rights

Email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending and remove you from active lists.

Access and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you (in practice, your email address and interests), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights over your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond as the applicable law requires.

Children. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes. We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
